| 1. Warranties
a) Unless otherwise stated warranty on NEW radios is manufacturer's warranty period and is provided by manufacturer or an agent of manufacturer which may or may not be Mac Avionics Inc. b) Unless otherwise stated, warranty on USED radios is 90 days and is provided by Mac Avionics Inc. c) Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse or neglect. d) Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation. d) Warranty does not cover damage due to overvoltage or undervoltage. e)Mac Avionics Inc. reserves the right to replace unit or refund purchase price if warranty repair cannot be completed due to cost considerations or replacement part(s) obsolescence. f)Any warranty period will be voided if the unit is repaired or has been attempted to be repaired by another person/facility. g) Mac Avionics Inc. is not responsible for any other losses due to failure of radios or installations including, but not limited to, loss of revenue flights, damage to other interfaced units, return to F.O.B. flight cost, or shipping charges incurred. 2. Payment a) payment for radio purchases is to be in the form of certified check or credit card unless otherwise stated b) payment for work performed (i.e. installations, repairs) is to be made upon completion of work. Mac Avionics reserves the right to retain items worked on until proper payment is made unless other arrangements are made. c) Invoices 30 days past due are subject to a 1.5% monthly late charge. |
